How To Purchase Stock
1. Send message to my mobile at 012-6441885(Miss Thahira) or 0123910144(Mr Yunus Khan) or email us at thahira.gold@gmail.com of your full name information, Identification Card number, your email address and item which you are interested to purchase details.
2. We will then, lock in your item based on the current Public Gold price offered and will follow up via email reply with a Purchase/ Sales Order to you.
3. You may make payment and collect your item as soon as stock arrive notification given.
Dealer Registration Details
1. Send message to my mobile 012-6441885(Miss Thahira) or 0123910144(Mr YunuS Khan) or else email us (thahira.gold@gmail.com) of your full name information, Identification Card number, your Bank account number (Public Bank Berhad/May Bank Berhad), your email address, and details of item that you are interested to purchase.
2. We will then, confirm the item and lock in the price based on Public Gold price and will follow up via email reply with a Purchase Order to you.
3. Download (Dealers Form), fill it and email to katrina@publicgold.com.my and tuneprofitgroup@ymail.com.
4. Public Gold will call you for confirmation on the sales order made and respond email to you immediately.
5. After payment is made, please email your payment resit to our payment@publicgold.com.my or scan a copy to our email address at thahira.gold@gmail.com. Please kindly, state your Sales Order number with reference to your slip payment made for our reference to be based on further confirmation.
6. Contact Public Gold Penang (main office), Malaysia at 04-6441835, with request on connection to Payment Department. Thus, it helps you to double confirm on your payment received with reference to your payment receipt confirmation details.
7. Request them to provide approval and details of the outlet Public Gold branch that you will need to collect the stock purchased.
8. Contact the outlet Public Gold branch to confirm on collection date arrival of yourself, with details on collecting stock reference to your sales order No PGx-xxxxx.
9.Request Public Gold outlet, to prepare invoice and delivery order in place for you.
10. Collect your stock and begin with the business!!
